A transgender agenda is being pushed forward by a member of Congress on the far left, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, in the run-up to the midterm elections.

Ocasio-Cortez (Democratic Representative for New York), while speaking at a rally on Monday at the University of California, Irvine, addressed her younger fans. If the Democrats are successful in the next midterm elections, she pledged to make universal access to abortion and free healthcare a reality.
Power belongs to women. Non-binary folks are the ones who have power, she remarked. Trans people are the rightful owners of power."
The congresswoman made a point of praising the fact that non-compliance with what she refers to as "abortion prohibitions" was seen.
However, many people who attended the event were critical of the congresswoman because of the policies that she supported. A conservative activist by the name of Nick Torres shared his opinions on AOC.
Torres explained his presence by saying, I am here because I want to basically hold AOC accountable. She has been a supporter of both sides in the crisis that is taking place in Ukraine. They have provided billions of dollars to a dictatorship that openly idolizes neo-Nazis or Ukrainian Nazis, and her name is Katie Porter, who is actually the representative for the Irvine region.
The University of California estimates that there were approximately one thousand individuals in attendance at the event held by Ocasio-Cortez, the vast majority of whom approved of the message she was delivering.
