People are becoming increasingly uneasy as a result of Joe Biden's habit of inappropriately touching young people when out campaigning.
While President Biden was chatting with a group of young people, he went over and grabbed one of the young women by the face. He did not stop caressing her even though others were attempting to speak to the president at the same time.
On the other hand, in this particular instance, the majority of people seemed to think that the handsy behavior of the president was humorous, rather than disturbing. However, this bemusement may have been caused by social awkwardness, which belies the fact that younger women might not always know how and where to react to such masculine attention, which might or might not be appreciated. It is unclear whether this bemusement was caused by social awkwardness.
