A Rhode Island government lawyer got herself arrested and it was all caught on camera. Special Assistant Attorney General Devon Flanagan was busted for trespassing in Newport last week. The bodycam footage shows exactly what we expect from these entitled Democrats.
Flanagan kept screaming “I’m an AG” at the police officers trying to arrest her. She acted like her government job put her above the law that regular Americans have to follow. This is the arrogance we see every day from liberal officials who think they run this country.
The video shows Flanagan refusing to cooperate with the officers doing their jobs. She told them “You’re going to regret this” like some kind of threat. This is how Democrats really think about law enforcement when they’re not pretending to support police for votes.
This woman works for the people of Rhode Island but acts like she owns the place. She gets paid with taxpayer money to uphold the law but breaks it herself. Then she expects special treatment because of her fancy government title.
The police officers stayed professional while this Democrat had her meltdown. They did their job even though she tried to intimidate them with her position. These are the heroes who keep our communities safe while politicians act like spoiled children.
This arrest shows the two-tiered justice system Democrats have created in America. Regular folks get arrested and face consequences while government elites expect to walk free. Flanagan thought her political connections would save her from facing the music.
