Some CNN people who support Democrats were upset with how the White House press corps treated Joe Biden in 2021, even though they have always been friendly and open to Democratic presidents.
Some journalists are upset that this is happening so often, and they have taken to Twitter to say so. They have even talked to Jen Psaki face-to-face at press conferences. Some of the most important news organizations have decided to make their complaints as public as possible.
Psaki says that Biden answers questions from reporters every day as he walks through the White House or jogs around the White House grounds on his way to or from an event.
A press conference is not the same as a one-on-one press conference, where reporters can ask questions and expect answers from the person being questioned.
Jen Psaki already knows about this. So, when a journalist asks Joe Biden a question, he tries to answer in a way that does the least amount of damage possible. Joe Biden's "Hideout Plan" could be used as a last resort to keep the news from writing about him.
Chris Wallace, a former Fox News anchor who now works as a CNN+ interviewer, recently gave him the chance to try a different kind of journalism. Even after Psaki gave her "answer" to the media's question about why Biden gets so much security, he still wouldn't let her go.
When Psaki said that "every day" was used, he told her, "I'm going to come back at you about that." During his first year in office, President Joe Biden held seven news conferences. Two of them were at the White House, and the other five were abroad. Take a look at this as an example: During his first year in office, Joe Biden talked to 28 news organizations. This is different from the 95 and 162 interviews that Donald Trump and Barack Obama did during the same time period. Jen is a better person to look at.
When it comes to things like media access, it's embarrassing to compare the White House to Trump's old government. It was the only good way for Psaki to show that he had to answer questions every day from the White House press corps.
Wallace made it so that Psaki couldn't do it and get away with it. Journalists are allowed to follow up on questions they ask in a casual setting, like a one-on-one interview or an informal news conference.
I'll tell you why that is the case.
Then he went on to tell her what to do, telling her this. You might get questions and answer them while you're standing. Then you can easily move on to the next topic. He did say, though, that Biden was known to only answer questions partly before moving on. After talking to a reporter for twenty or thirty minutes, you can't just get up and leave. You can't get away from it. It isn't enough to just answer the question and then ask another question. It's different in every way.
She was so annoyed that Wallace kept losing receipts that she just gave him a shrug and said they'd have to argue.
Watch:
Chris Wallace asked Jen Psaki why Biden has been so sheltered from the press.
Psaki got clearly offended and Wallace actually pushed back! pic.twitter.com/8QHJZPBoxS

As you continue to watch Psaki's interviews, keep the following things in mind:
Watch this and remember Jen Psaki is literally an already-hired member of the media …right now. She is about to work for NBC News and she clearly has disdain for both the institution of journalism, and the truth. https://t.co/UZSDK4yVin

Because of this, she is a strong candidate not only for Biden's job as Chief Minister of Truth, but also for a job at MSNBC. Even though she wasn't a press secretary in the Obama administration, MSNBC will let her make ridiculous claims about President Biden's media connections.
Because Biden has gotten so bad at his job, his professional spinmeisters are having a harder time coming up with excuses for him that aren't American Baghdad Bob. Because of this, she's more likely to get hired.
