Van Hollen’s Margarita Mishap: Cozying Up to MS-13 Ties Backfires

Senator Chris Van Hollen’s latest stunt in El Salvador blew up in his face faster than a woke school board meeting. The Maryland Democrat flew down to cozy up with Kilmar Abrego Garcia — a deported illegal immigrant with alleged MS-13 ties — only to get caught sipping margaritas in a leaked photo. Van Hollen whined it was all a “setup,” but patriots aren’t buying it.

The viral “margarita-gate” snap showed Van Hollen and Garcia grinning like old pals at a table with salt-rimmed drinks. Real classy for a guy pretending to care about law and order. Salvadoran officials swear the glasses were props, but why would a serious senator play along with this circus?

Van Hollen cried foul, claiming President Bukele and Trump allies framed him. Typical leftist move — blame everyone else when your own bad decisions backfire. The White House roasted him online, rewriting a New York Times headline to expose Garcia’s true status: “deported MS-13 illegal alien who’s never coming back.”

Let’s not forget Garcia wasn’t some choirboy. A confidential informant linked him to MS-13’s brutal operations. Sure, the “evidence” was light — just his gang-style clothes and suspicious tattoos. But since when do Democrats need proof before coddling criminals?

While Van Hollen jets off to hug deportees, Trump’s team stays focused on protecting Americans. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem didn’t hold back, schooling Van Hollen on live TV about our broken borders. “Maybe next time,” she shot, “try defending citizens instead of gang sympathizers.”

This is what happens when liberals prioritize illegal immigrants over hardworking families. They’ll bend over backwards for MS-13 affiliates but leave our neighborhoods vulnerable. Van Hollen’s margarita moment proves Democrats care more about photo ops than public safety.

President Trump’s deportation policies saved lives by removing dangerous individuals. Meanwhile, Democrats like Van Hollen waste taxpayer dollars chasing sob stories. Garcia belongs in El Salvador — not Maryland.

Real leaders don’t drink margaritas with deported criminals. They build walls, enforce laws, and put America first. November can’t come soon enough to drain this swamp for good.
