According to Carlson, the concept of inclusion, diversity, and equity is to encourage people to look like America. He argued that hiring people based on merit is an appealing idea. The people who will run the country should also be like the people in the country.
According to Tucker Carlson, the problem is not with making the country look different, but with discriminating against groups that don't support the president.
Carlson noted that a study conducted by Jeremy Carl of the Claremont Institute revealed that out of the 97 federal judges that were confirmed under Joe Biden, only five were white.
According to Carlson, this is racial discrimination, and it's also illegal. He claims that the president is rewarding people who don't know anything about the Constitution.
During his program, Carlson played a clip of Charnelle Bjelkengren, one of Biden's judicial nominees, who appeared clueless about the US Constitution during a recent hearing.
Although Bjelkengren's ignorance about the document that is the foundation of the legal system in the country would disqualify her from serving on the bench, her key qualification to be the first black woman to serve on the US District Court in Washington is still the most important thing that matters to Biden.
Carlson noted that Charnelle Bjelkengren would be a judge who would interpret the law in a way that goes against the Constitution.
Jeremy Carl, who is a senior fellow for the Claremont Institute, was responsible for crunching the numbers that Carlson referenced. The institute is focused on restoring the principles of the founding fathers to their proper place in the national life.
In response to the statements made by Joe Biden, Jeremy Carl of the institute released a series of tweets. He claimed that Biden's judicial nominations are discriminatory and lead to the appointment of unqualified individuals.
