This whole case was a political witch hunt from day one. Crooked politicians wanted to hurt Trump. They pulled dirty tricks to try and damage him. It backfired badly on them.
That $500 million number was pure nonsense. It made no sense at all. Only radical judges would dream up such a silly penalty. They clearly wanted to punish Trump for winning elections.
New York Attorney General Letitia James pushed this loser case. She is a total partisan hack. Her real goal was helping Democrats not finding truth. Shame on her for wasting taxpayer money.
Trump and his company do not owe one single penny now. The court threw out the huge fine completely. This proves the case was a scam from the start. Hardworking Americans should be very happy.
The court still said Trump was liable for fraud. But that part means nothing since no money is owed. It is like a fake slap on the wrist. The important thing is Trump won this round big time.
Letitia James will probably cry and appeal again. But this shows her case is weak and unfair. Truth and justice are on Trumps side. The courts will keep seeing through these Democrat attacks.
