Texas Flood Crisis: Aerial Shocking Footage Shows Entire Neighborhoods Underwater

Heavy rains caused terrible flooding in Texas over the Fourth of July weekend. Aerial views show whole areas underwater. Rescue teams worked hard to save people trapped by the fast-rising waters.

The Texas Hill Country got 10 to 12 inches of rain in just hours. The Guadalupe River rose 26 feet in less than an hour. This sudden wall of water destroyed homes and roads across Kerr County.

Drones captured shocking footage of the disaster from above. The videos reveal neighborhoods completely covered by muddy water. Cars and debris can be seen floating down what were once streets.

At least 100 people have died in these floods. Many more are still missing. Rescue workers continue searching through rubble for survivors. They risk their lives in dangerous conditions to save others.

Officials warn that flash flooding remains a serious threat. Roads can become death traps when water rises quickly. Drivers should never attempt to cross flooded areas. Turn around instead of drowning.

The community has shown incredible strength during this tragedy. Volunteers are providing food and shelter to displaced families. Conservative values of self-reliance and neighbor helping neighbor shine through.

Funding for emergency warnings must be a priority. The National Weather Service needs better tools to alert communities faster. When seconds matter, accurate forecasts save lives.

We mourn the lives lost and salute the brave rescuers. Texans will rebuild because freedom-loving people never back down. Our prayers remain with those suffering from this disaster.
