Shapiro Debunks “Racist Police” Myth with Hard-Hitting Facts

Ben Shapiro slammed the narrative that racism explains racial disparities in police shootings and crime statistics. He called it a dangerous lie that ignores clear facts. His latest video breakdown exposes how the numbers tell a radically different story than the left’s talking points.

Police shootings don’t target black Americans unfairly. In 2019, cops fatally shot just nine unarmed black suspects who weren’t fleeing. Three were completely non-threatening. Those numbers hardly support claims of a racist extermination campaign. Crime rates explain these outcomes better than skin color ever could.

Black Americans commit over half of all U.S. murders and robberies despite being 13% of the population. Young black men drive these shocking stats, not random bias. Cops face violent suspects more often in black neighborhoods, which predictably leads to more confrontations. Blaming racism here is like blaming firefighters for showing up to burning houses.

Studies repeatedly debunk the systemic racism myth. A 2019 National Academy of Sciences report found police shootings track violent crime rates, not race. Harvard economists found zero racial bias in officer-involved shootings. Even black officers don’t shoot suspects differently than white cops. The data couldn’t be clearer.

Democrats keep pushing the racism lie to avoid real solutions. They’d rather scream about police brutality than address sky-high black crime rates or 70% single motherhood in urban communities. True patriots know strong families and personal responsibility beat victimhood politics every time.

The left’s obsession with “implicit bias” falls apart under scrutiny. Hiring discrimination stems from class signals, not racism. Names like “Lakeisha” hint at poverty, not skin color. Meanwhile, black women outperformed white peers in wealthy neighborhoods, proving culture—not racism—drives outcomes.

Shapiro warned that blaming systems destroys communities. Telling kids they can’t succeed due to racism creates helplessness. Real leaders empower people through merit, not excuses. America’s founding ideals still work when we reject the lie that skin color determines destiny.

Conservatives must fight this toxic narrative daily. Facts matter more than feelings. Our police risk lives protecting all citizens, and smearing them as racist only worsens violence. It’s time to rebuild families, support law enforcement, and restore the American dream through grit—not grievances.
