This should never have happened. Law enforcement failed that day with terrible confusion and miscommunication. Officers argued instead of protecting the president. Crooks got onto a rooftop because security was sloppy and weak.
The Secret Service recently suspended six agents without pay. But they didn’t fire anyone. This weak punishment shows no real accountability. It’s a disgrace to the Americans who were hurt or killed.
