Biden's DHS staff have failed to file an incredible amount of paperwork, allowing illegal aliens to traverse America without repercussion.
The Biden Administration seems to be up to its old tricks once more, this time looking for legal openings they might use to advance their political objectives.
According to Fox News. According to recently made public statistics, immigration courts dismissed the cases of tens of thousands of illegal immigrants whose paperwork was late in being filed by Homeland Security employees.
The Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) at Syracuse University found that as of September 30, 63,586 cases had been dismissed in FY 2022 as a result of officials, primarily Border Patrol agents, failing to timely file the Notice to Appear (NTA).
Is the economy working for enough people? What can we do about America's broken refugee-asylum system?

Migrants who have been detained by Border Patrol after entering the country illegally are frequently released with an NTA, which includes the date and location of their immigration hearings. Using information from Customs and Border Protection, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) routinely files NTAs to the immigration court (CBP).
TRAC discovered that numbers jumped from less than 1,000 instances in February and March 2021 to more than 5,000 incidents in late 2021 and 2022 via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. In April 2022, more than 7,000 cases were rejected.
According to the research centre, it is not only a waste of the court's time but also troublesome for the immigrants involved because they can go for a hearing just to have the case dismissed, leaving them uncertain about their status.
Of all people, Bill Clinton had some harsh words for Biden's role in the border situation.
The Daily Mail penned. This fiscal year, border officers encountered more than 2.1 million border crossings, which is a record for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In August, there were 203,000 crossings. The United States has a "limit" on the number of immigrants it can accept, according to former president Bill Clinton, and some people 'game' the system.
Since years, illegal immigration has been a contentious subject with no end in sight. Under the Biden Administration, the issue has only gotten worse as they continue to find new methods to break the law. Agents' failure to provide paperwork resulted in the dismissal of almost 60,000 cases, so something must be wrong. For those of us who are aware, Biden is allowing illegal immigrants into this nation by manipulating the legal system itself. This is outrageous and blatantly against the law. It's time for Biden to answer for his conduct, and the American people must insist that he put an end to this situation once and for all.
