Ten radical anti-ICE activists planned a deadly ambush against law enforcement in Texas. Federal authorities charged them with attempted murder after they lured officers out and opened fire. This cowardly attack wounded a brave police officer just doing his job.
These extremists wore military gear and used fireworks to bait ICE agents outside a detention center in Alvarado. They shot at unarmed corrections officers with an AR-style rifle while another attacker wounded a local cop. This was no protest—it was a premeditated assassination attempt.
Evidence found at the scene proves their violent motives. Authorities recovered a “Resist Fascism” flag and flyers screaming “Fight ICE Terror.” These domestic terrorists came armed with body armor, radios, and enough ammunition for war. Their hate-filled agenda puts every law enforcer in the crosshairs.
Shockingly, this attack is part of a growing trend against our border protectors. Just days later in McAllen, another radical targeted Border Patrol with an assault rifle. Earlier in Portland, rioters attacked ICE with fireworks and knives. The left’s anti-police rhetoric is fueling real violence.
US Attorney Nancy Larson rightly called this a “planned ambush to kill ICE officers.” The attackers weren’t misunderstood kids—they were armed combatants hunting public servants. While the wounded officer survived, these thugs showed they shoot to kill.
Worse still, courts released three similar suspects in Oregon before trial. Soft-on-crime judges keep endangering communities by freeing extremists who attack law enforcement. This reckless leniency invites more bloodshed against those who wear the badge.
President Trump’s administration is cracking down on illegal immigration, and these radicals can’t stand it. They target ICE for enforcing laws passed by our elected representatives. Their violence is an attack on America’s sovereignty and the rule of law itself.
Patriots must stand with our brave ICE agents and border personnel. These heroes face bullets while protecting our nation—yet radical activists call them “fascists.” We must support our law enforcement and demand maximum punishment for these domestic terrorists.
