Pastor Reveals Shocking Truth About Christian Persecution in Israel

A brave Arab pastor from Nazareth just broke his silence about what Christians really face in Israel today. Pastor Saleem Shalash spoke out on CBN News to tell the truth that mainstream media won’t report. His words should shock every American who cares about religious freedom.

The numbers tell a troubling story that liberals want to hide. Only about 180,000 Christians live in Israel, making up less than 2% of the population. Most of these faithful believers are Arab Christians who have called this holy land home for generations. They deserve our prayers and support.

A new report reveals that attacks on Christians in Israel jumped sharply in 2024. Over 100 documented cases show Christians being spit on, harassed, and having their churches vandalized. These attacks mainly target priests and pastors who can be easily spotted by their religious clothing. This is not the religious freedom that America stands for.

The attacks are getting worse and more brazen each year. Christian churches have been hit with graffiti, stones, and even arson attempts. Clergy members face daily harassment just for walking down the street in their religious robes. Where is the outrage from the so-called human rights groups?

Most of these persecuted Christians live in northern Israel, including Jesus’ hometown of Nazareth. They are caught between rising hostility and a world that seems to ignore their suffering. These are the same communities where Christ himself walked and preached. Their persecution should matter to every Christian American.

Yet the media stays silent about this growing crisis. They would rather focus on other stories than report on Christians under attack. Pastor Shalash had the courage to speak up when others won’t. We need more brave voices like his to expose the truth.

America must stand with persecuted Christians everywhere, including in Israel. Our government sends billions in aid to Israel each year. We have every right to demand that our ally protects religious freedom for all its citizens. Christian persecution anywhere should be American business.

The pastor’s message is clear – Christians in the Holy Land need our help now more than ever. We cannot let political correctness silence their cries for justice. Every American church should be praying for these brave believers who refuse to abandon their faith despite growing threats.
