Here we go again with the Democrats and their shameless double standards. Beto O’Rourke is now crying about Texas Republicans redrawing district maps. But this is the same guy who tried to mess with California’s redistricting process when it helped his side.
O’Rourke actually dropped an f-bomb while telling Democrats to fight dirty against GOP redistricting plans. He said his party cares more about being right than being in power. What a joke from someone who has no problem playing dirty when it suits him.
Now we find out that both O’Rourke and billionaire George Soros are bankrolling the Texas Democrats who ran away from their jobs. These cowards fled to New York and Illinois to stop Republicans from doing their work. O’Rourke’s group is paying for their hotels and plane tickets like they’re on vacation.
The fleeing Democrats face 500 dollar daily fines for abandoning their duties. But don’t worry about these poor politicians. Soros and O’Rourke are covering those costs too with their deep pockets.
President Trump called out this obvious hypocrisy and said federal law enforcement might need to get involved. He’s right that you can’t just run away when you don’t like how democracy works. These Democrats need to come back and do their jobs.
The truth is Democrats love gerrymandering when they do it in states like Illinois. They’ve been drawing brutal maps to squeeze out Republicans for years. But when Republicans play by the same rules, suddenly it’s the end of democracy.
O’Rourke and his liberal friends think Americans are stupid. They think we won’t notice their blatant double standards and flip-flopping. They want power but only when they can control every rule of the game.
This is who the Democrats really are under their fake moral lectures. They’ll use any dirty trick, spend any amount of dark money, and abandon their sworn duties when things don’t go their way. Americans see right through their phony outrage.
