These criminals are part of Tren de Aragua, a group invading our country and terrorizing neighborhoods. Instead of praising this swift action, left-wing judges are siding with lawbreakers over law enforcement.
Boasberg’s order demanded planes turn around mid-flight, but the administration refused to cave to this absurd demand. El Salvador’s president even mocked the judge’s failed power grab, saying it was “too late” to stop justice. This proves the administration acted correctly to defend our borders and national security.
Now, Boasberg is threatening contempt charges against patriotic officials enforcing immigration laws. Missouri Senator Eric Schmitt calls this a “personal vendetta” and demands an investigation into the judge’s bias. Every American should question why activist judges protect foreign criminals instead of U.S. citizens.
The Supreme Court already slapped down Boasberg’s overreach, proving his rulings are legally hollow. Yet he keeps pushing his radical agenda, ignoring higher courts and the Constitution. This is judicial tyranny, plain and simple—a disgraceful attempt to undermine the President’s duty to protect the homeland.
President Trump won’t back down from these partisan attacks. He’s fighting to deport dangerous gang members while Democrats and their allies in black robes try to flood our streets with crime. Hardworking families deserve safety, not more excuses for lawless open borders.
