California Governor Gavin Newsom is making his 2028 presidential ambitions crystal clear. He claims he’s not running yet, but his actions tell a different story. The liberal politician has been traveling the country and attacking President Trump at every turn.
Recent polling shows Newsom jumping 3 points to 13 percent among potential Democrat candidates. This boost came right after he ramped up his social media attacks on Trump. He’s clearly trying to build his brand as the anti-Trump fighter that radical Democrats want.
Newsom has been using taxpayer resources to launch political stunts against our president. He’s trying to redraw California’s congressional maps to steal more House seats from Republicans. This is the same guy who has turned California into a crime-ridden wasteland with sky-high taxes and homeless camps everywhere.
The so-called governor thinks he can mock and troll President Trump on social media. When Trump suggested he might face consequences for obstructing federal immigration enforcement, Newsom shot back with “come and get me, tough guy.” This childish behavior is what passes for leadership in today’s Democrat Party.
Democrats are desperate for someone to stand up to Trump’s America First agenda. They want a fighter who will resist the policies that put American workers and families first. Newsom is happy to play that role if it gets him closer to the White House.
Rob Schmitt got it right when he called Newsom a “windsock” politician. There’s nothing inside this man except raw ambition and a hunger for power. He’ll say or do anything to advance his career, even if it means destroying California in the process.
While President Trump works to secure our border and bring jobs back to America, Newsom plots his political future. He’s more interested in becoming famous than fixing the massive problems in his own state. California families are fleeing in record numbers, but Newsom doesn’t care.
This is what we’re up against in 2028, folks. Another empty suit Democrat who thinks he can ride Trump hatred all the way to Washington. We must stay vigilant and support leaders who actually put America first, not their own political ambitions.
