As a vice director of the Workers' Party's Central Committee, Kim has been responsible for issuing statements through the KCNA, a state-run news agency.
In response to the lack of response from the international community after North Korea claimed to have developed a military intelligence satellite, Kim appeared to be responding.
🔴 Images of Seoul that North Korea has boasted were captured by a new “military reconnaissance satellite” have been dismissed as “useless” by analysts https://t.co/nhbTVKubld

I am so annoyed that North Korea joined the "North is up at all costs" camp. If you can't be trusted to orient your satellite images correctly, how can you be trusted with nuclear weapons? pic.twitter.com/ZVwvdfdtjR

"In response to the South Koreans' constant criticism of North Korea, Kim stated that he was getting tired of hearing them blame the country for its actions. He also noted that the South Koreans kept on pushing the North even after the year ended."
He referred to the criticism of the photos as a "chattering sparrow" and claimed that the experts who dismissed them were getting paid for their views.
She questioned the logic behind the South Koreans' decision to publicize the results of the tests and then criticize the low-resolution image.
He also claimed that some experts had mistakenly concluded that North Korea had not developed a satellite as claimed. Instead, it had conducted an ICBM test.
She was curious to see if the international community would now believe that North Korea had actually conducted a long-range missile test as part of its development of its intercontinental ballistic missiles. She additionally noted that the country's secrecy prevented military experts from knowing how its alleged ICBMs were actually working.
In order to ensure that its missiles do not accidentally land in China or even bomb civilians in other areas, North Korea has been testing its ICBMs at an angle that's not ideal for flight. According to military observers, the high angle of the missile results in it not flying far. On Tuesday, Kim stated that the North's military might soon test-fire an intercontinental ballistic missile that can reach the US.
"In response, she noted that North Korea's critics would likely claim that the country's ICBM tests were not successful because they were conducted at an angle that's not ideal for flight."
"According to Cheon Seong-hwaun, a former director of a North Korean think tank, territorial integrity is an integral part of the country's strategy to reunify the Korean Peninsula. This concept is based on the belief that North Korea is entitled to defend its own territory. This means that if the South Korea is defeated, the North would be able to maintain its territorial integrity."
She then went on to call out the experts who criticized the tests. She referred to them as "barking" and said they were ignorant about North Korea's intentions.
"She also referred to the behavior of the North Koreans as "barking." She said that they were not dogs and that they only bark to anger the South Koreans."
This year has been a very hostile one for North Korea, as it carried out several missile launches and claimed to have developed a new ICBM. It also introduced the world to Kim's youngest daughter, who it has not officially named yet.
Since Joe Biden became the US president, he has not been able to maintain a positive relationship with North Korea. He has also not offered the public a comprehensive policy regarding the country's nuclear program.
The US and South Korea held joint air drills on Tuesday, which they claimed were aimed at sending a clear message to North Korea. According to the South's Yonhap News Agency, the exercise featured multiple aircraft, including the B-52 bombers and the F-22 stealth fighters. The Defense Ministry of South Korea stated that the exercise was carried out to send a message of "extended deterrence."
