ISIS Bombs Syrian Church, Kills 22; Act of Pure Evil Targets Christians

A suicide bomber attacked a Greek Orthodox church in Damascus, Syria, during Sunday worship. At least twenty-two innocent Christians were murdered and over sixty injured in this brutal ISIS attack. This evil act targeted peaceful worshippers at Mar Elias Church in Dweil’a.

Children were among the dead in this cowardly assault. The killer first opened fire on helpless civilians before detonating his explosives. Syrian officials confirmed this as one of the deadliest terror strikes in recent years.

ISIS terrorists are responsible for this bloodshed. They deliberately chose a holy place and sacred time to maximize suffering. These radical Islamic militants hate Christianity and everything Western civilization stands for.

This massacre proves terrorists still threaten freedom-loving people worldwide. Weak border policies and failed diplomacy invite such atrocities. America must lead with unwavering strength against these savages.

Syria’s government called the bombing a desperate attempt to destabilize the region. But real stability requires crushing terrorist groups completely. Half-measures and apologies only embolden killers.

The timing is critical—this came amid U.S. airstrikes against Iran’s nuclear sites. Radical Islamists see any hesitation as weakness. Our enemies test our resolve through such barbaric attacks.

Conservatives understand that evil must be confronted with decisive force. We stand with persecuted Christians globally. Patriots demand leaders who prioritize security over political correctness.

Pray for the victims and their families. Honor them by refusing to yield to terror. America must remain vigilant and strong against those who seek to destroy our values.
