Singh couldn’t even speak English or identify basic highway signs when investigators questioned him. Yet California’s sanctuary state policies allowed this unqualified foreign national to get a commercial driver’s license anyway. Liberal states are literally putting 40-ton death machines in the hands of people who can’t read our road signs.
The Trump administration is finally taking action after years of Biden’s open border disasters. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced a federal investigation and slammed the reckless policies that put this dangerous driver behind the wheel. He called it exactly what it is – a preventable tragedy caused by despicable failures.
California Governor Gavin Newsom’s policies directly led to these deaths. His state hands out commercial licenses to illegal aliens without proper safety checks. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said it perfectly – three people died because California violated federal immigration law.
This illegal immigrant even got a work permit under Biden’s catch-and-release system. The previous administration was practically rolling out the red carpet for border jumpers. Meanwhile, hardworking American truckers follow all the rules while illegals get special treatment.
The victims were a 30-year-old man from Florida, a 37-year-old woman from Pompano Beach, and a 54-year-old man from Miami. These were real people with families and dreams, not just statistics. Their blood is on the hands of every politician who supports sanctuary city madness.
President Trump promised to restore law and order to our immigration system, and he’s delivering. The federal government is finally investigating states that ignore immigration law and endanger American lives. No more putting foreign criminals ahead of American citizens.
