Hunter Biden Exposes Democrats’ Dangerous Wage Reality: Robots are Coming

Hunter Biden might be a troubled guy, but he spotted something important that most Democrats completely miss. When government forces businesses to pay workers more money, those businesses start looking for cheaper options. And guess what the cheapest option is these days? Robots and artificial intelligence.

McDonald’s tried using AI to take drive-through orders at over 100 restaurants starting in 2021. The experiment didn’t work perfectly because the robots kept messing up orders, adding 280 chicken nuggets instead of 20 or mixing up different customers’ meals. But here’s the thing Democrats don’t understand – the technology will get better, and when it does, those jobs are gone forever.

The fast food industry is already moving toward robot cooks and AI cashiers. Places like CaliExpress in California use robotic arms called Flippy to cook food with almost no human workers needed. Scientists have even created robot chefs that can taste food to check if it’s seasoned right. This isn’t science fiction anymore – it’s happening right now.

Democrats keep pushing for higher minimum wages, thinking they’re helping workers. But every time they force businesses to pay more, they make human workers more expensive than machines. A robot doesn’t need health insurance, vacation days, or bathroom breaks. It just works 24 hours a day without complaining.

Experts say robots could replace up to 20 million manufacturing jobs by 2030. In restaurants, over 82 percent of jobs could potentially be done by machines. When Democrats force a $20 minimum wage for fast food workers, they’re basically putting up a big sign that says “Replace us with robots, please.”

The automotive industry already uses 38 percent of all manufacturing robots in America and has cut human workers by 14 percent because of automation. Farms are using AI to plant crops, monitor animals, and harvest food. The pattern is clear – when labor gets expensive, businesses choose machines.

Working Americans need jobs that pay well, not government handouts that make their jobs disappear. Instead of forcing artificial wage increases that push workers out of the market, we should focus on training people for jobs that can’t be automated. We need policies that help American workers compete, not ones that price them out of work.

This is basic economics that any fifth grader should understand, but somehow it escapes most Democrat politicians. They think they can mandate prosperity by raising wages, but all they’re really doing is writing pink slips for the workers they claim to help. Hunter Biden gets it, even if his dad and the rest of the Democratic Party don’t.
