Harry W., an investigator for the integrity of elections in Wisconsin, made the recent discovery that collecting election ballots online in the state is incredibly simple.
His account is absolutely mind-boggling to say the least!
They have the option of having the absentee ballot delivered to a location other than where they are registered to vote.
You only need to know the person's date of birth!
Even further, Harry had the opportunity to validate his conclusions by seeking to place an order for a ballot to be cast for Speaker Robin Vos.
After that, Harry confirmed his findings, and I was able to gain authorization to order absentee ballots from a large number of voters located around the state. I then successfully got their absentee ballots to be mailed to my address without the cooperation of those individuals. Due to the lack of a secure website, together with the maladministration and malfeasance of WEC officials, these efforts confirmed that a very large-scale absentee ballot harvesting technique with malevolent purposes is easily done.
For the record, Harry has been in touch with the Racine County Sheriff throughout the testing that he has been conducting.
