Another Hollywood liberal had a meltdown after President Trump’s big win in November. Star Wars actor Mark Hamill told a British newspaper he wanted to flee America when Trump got reelected. The 73-year-old actor said he talked to his wife about moving to London or Ireland.
Hamill is one of Hollywood’s most outspoken Trump haters. He spent years attacking the president on social media and campaigning for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. When Trump won anyway, Hamill couldn’t handle the reality that most Americans rejected his liberal views.
The actor’s own wife had to talk sense into him. She told him she was surprised he would let Trump force him out of his own country. That finally made Hamill realize how silly he sounded threatening to leave like a spoiled child.
The White House fired back with a perfect response to Hamill’s whining. A spokeswoman said since Mark decided to stay, he’ll get to enjoy all the wins President Trump is bringing to America. She also took a shot at him for wanting to move where Rosie O’Donnell went.
This is typical behavior from Hollywood elites who think they’re better than regular Americans. When things don’t go their way, they threaten to pack up and leave. But they never actually do it because they know America is still the greatest country on earth.
Hamill made millions playing a hero in movies but acts like a villain in real life. He left Facebook and Twitter because he didn’t like the owners and now posts his complaints on some other platform. Real Americans don’t have time for this kind of drama.
The truth is these celebrity threats mean nothing to hardworking patriots. We elected Trump to fix the problems in our country, not to make Hollywood stars happy. If they want to leave, the door is wide open.
President Trump keeps winning while his enemies keep losing their minds. Hamill can stay and watch America get great again, or he can keep complaining from his mansion. Either way, we’re moving forward without him.
