The investigation found that these liberal states placed zero drivers out of service for language violations over two months. California Highway Patrol even bragged that they won’t follow federal rules. This is what happens when woke politics trumps common sense and American lives.
Secretary Duffy isn’t playing games with states that ignore safety laws. Under President Trump’s leadership, the Department of Transportation will cut off 100 percent of their Motor Carrier Safety funding if they don’t comply. Finally, we have leaders who will hold these sanctuary states accountable.
Every American family deserves to drive on safe roads without worrying about unqualified foreign drivers who can’t communicate with police. When a truck driver can’t understand “STOP” or “EXIT ONLY,” people die. This isn’t about discrimination, it’s about keeping families alive.
