Dr. Fauci’s Income And Wealth Soared During The Pandemic, Yet His Actions Closed 200,000 Small Enterprises

Open the Books reports that Dr. Anthony Fauci's net worth nearly doubled during COVID.

During the pandemic, Facui closed and bankrupted businesses across the country, boosting his wealth by $5 million.

Pandemic caused 200,000 small enterprises to close. On top of the 600,000 firms that close each year.

Maybe that's why Dr. Fauci wouldn't answer Senator Rand Paul's inquiries on vaccine company pay.

Maybe this is why Fauci pushed failed experimental vaccines so hard.

WASHINGTON – Government spending watchdog OpenTheBooks.com has analyzed Dr. Anthony Fauci's 2021 financial disclosure form.

Auditors for the nonprofit found that much of their previous forecasting was accurate and that the Fauci household's wealth had risen to over $12.6 million. In FY20 and FY21, during the pandemic, Fauci's net worth climbed by $5 million.

Also confirmed: Fauci earns more than the president. He got $456k in 2021. He's told the Washington Post the number will be $480,000 in 2022.

OpenTheBooks.com has battled for NIH financial transparency and whether it effects public health decisions, as well as Dr. Fauci and his wife Christine Grady's pay. Grady is bioethics chief of NIH Clinical Center. He outearns the president, but she outearns the vice president. Grady earned $238,970 in 2021 and almost $1.6m since 2015.

The watchdog filed four complaints against HHS for lack of transparency over the years.

Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.) has vowed to continue examining private royalties paid to NIH and its scientists when Fauci retires. Four other senators on the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee have contacted NIH. The findings caused Rep. John Moolenaar (R-Mich.) to challenge NIH acting director Lawrence Tabak in a public meeting.

OpenTheBooks.com disclosed Dr. Fauci's 2021 salary in Forbes, prompting Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Ks.) to query why the information isn't widely available. The tense exchange ended when Fauci called Marshall a "moron."
