But these same Democrats had no problem when their own governors called in troops during the 2020 riots.
President Trump acted quickly to protect Americans in Los Angeles by sending in the National Guard. He didn’t wait for things to get worse. Unlike the Democrats who are now complaining, Trump understands that public safety comes first.

He reminded viewers that Democratic governors across the country were quick to deploy the National Guard during the summer riots of 2020. Those riots destroyed businesses and hurt innocent people in Democrat-run cities.
The current situation in Los Angeles is serious business. Rioters have set fires and caused major damage throughout the city. Some people are comparing these scenes to the Capitol protests, but the destruction in LA is much worse according to many observers.
Democrats in Congress, like Maryland Representative Glenn Ivey, are trying to distract Americans by bringing up January 6th again. They claim Trump was slow to respond then but too quick to respond now. This is just another attempt to attack our President instead of focusing on the real problem.
The truth is that Democratic leaders in California said they didn’t need help. Governor Newsom and the Los Angeles mayor claimed they could handle the situation on their own. But President Trump saw the danger and took action to protect American citizens and their property.
Regular Americans understand what’s really happening here. Democrats want to control when and how law and order is enforced based on what helps them politically. When their cities were burning in 2020, they wanted the National Guard. Now that Trump is sending help, suddenly they’re against it.
The liberal media won’t tell you about this double standard. They’re too busy pushing their anti-Trump agenda. But patriots across America can see the truth. President Trump is putting America first by taking strong action to restore order and protect our communities from dangerous rioters.
