Acting New Jersey U.S. Attorney Alina Habba fired back at Democrats last night, accusing them of “politicizing” law and order to smear Republicans. During a Newsmax TV interview, Habba stood firm against liberal attempts to attack her work defending former President Trump and upholding conservative values.
“These Democrats don’t care about justice—they care about power,” Habba declared, calling out their relentless attacks on GOP leaders. She warned voters that allowing left-wing judges to block Republican prosecutors threatens fairness in the courts.
Habba addressed ongoing legal battles, including challenges to her authority in New Jersey federal cases. Democrats had demanded her removal after Trump named her interim U.S. attorney, sparking delays in drug trials and other critical cases. “They’re using the courts to stop conservatism,” she said, blasting liberal obstructionism.
The attorney also discussed the so-called “Russian hoax” allegations against Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama. She repeated Trump’s charge that Democrats fabricated these claims to weaken his presidency and distract from real issues.
“We need strong leaders like President Trump who fight for you,” Habba urged Florida voters, highlighting the importance of maintaining GOP control in Congress. She warned of complacency, saying Democrats “will take away your rights if given the chance”.
Habba’s recent appointment as interim U.S. attorney has faced fierce resistance from New Jersey’s Democratic senators. They claim her installation was unconstitutional, though Trump supporters argue she’s the right person to tackle fed corruption.
“Alina Habba is a patriot,” said one Republican insider. “She’s standing up to deep-state lawyers who want to stop Trump and protect corrupt Democrats.” Her defenders claim she’s the only one willing to hold crooked politicians accountable.
With crucial elections approaching, Habba reminded viewers that every Republican vote matters. “We must fight back against their lies and keep America safe,” she concluded, rallying conservatives to stand strong.
