This sneaky rule lets home state senators block any federal prosecutor they don’t like. They’re basically holding the justice system hostage because they hate Trump and anyone who worked for him.
Habba has been doing an excellent job as Acting U.S. Attorney since March 2025. She oversees 155 federal prosecutors and 130 support staff across New Jersey. Her office handles all the federal crimes and civil cases where the government has interests at stake.
The daughter of Iraqi immigrants who fled religious persecution, Habba represents the American dream. She worked her way up from the fashion industry to law school to become a successful attorney. Now liberal elites want to destroy her because she had the courage to defend President Trump.
A federal judge recently ruled that Habba’s appointment doesn’t follow proper legal procedures. The court said her interim term expired in July and she’s been serving unlawfully since then. But the judge put his own ruling on hold while appeals move forward, proving even he knows this is complicated.
This is just another example of the deep state and Democrat obstruction trying to sabotage Trump’s presidency. They use every legal trick in the book to prevent real Americans from serving in government. These same people who scream about democracy are the ones destroying democratic processes.
Habba earned her law degree and built a successful practice before serving as Trump’s legal spokesperson and counselor. She knows how to fight and she’s not going to let a bunch of Washington swamp creatures push her around. America needs more fighters like her in positions of power.
The Trump administration should keep fighting for Habba’s confirmation and expose these Democrat games for what they really are. Patriots across the country see through this political theater and support leaders who put America first. Habba won’t be intimidated, and neither should any American who believes in justice and the rule of law.
