Comey’s Seashells or a Serious Threat? The Outrage Over His Cryptic Post

Former FBI Director James Comey sparked outrage by posting a photo of seashells arranged as “8647” on social media. Critics argue this was a clear threat against President Trump – the 47th president – using slang where “86” means to eliminate someone. Comey claims he didn’t know the violent meaning, but his history of anti-Trump activism destroys that defense.

The numbers “8647” directly reference assassination calls against Trump after two prior attempts on his life. “86” has long been diner slang for removing something, but in political circles, it’s widely understood as a violent directive. Former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard blasted Comey’s excuse, stating no seasoned law enforcement leader could plead ignorance about such dangerous symbolism.

Comey’s pattern proves intentional provocation. In 2024, he posted seashells spelling “Vote Harris” with a caption praising Disney’s “The Little Mermaid.” This repeated use of beach imagery for political messaging shows calculated behavior, not innocent accidents. His delete-and-apologize routine after backlash confirms guilt, not confusion.

The Secret Service interviewed Comey about the post, treating it as a credible threat. Agents would never waste resources on random shell photos. Comey voluntarily cooperated but refused legal counsel – a suspicious move for someone claiming harmless intent. His actions forced law enforcement to divert attention from real threats to address his games.

Demand for accountability is growing. Patriotic Americans see this as another example of elites mocking democracy while hiding behind fake ignorance. If a Trump supporter posted “47-46” targeting Biden, media and FBI raids would erupt immediately. Comey’s privilege lets him play dangerous word games without consequences.

This isn’t about seashells – it’s about normalizing violence against conservatives. The left cheers when Trump faces physical attacks but weaponizes language policing against Republicans. Comey’s post tests how far they can push violent rhetoric before Americans fight back.

The founding fathers warned about tyrants disguising threats as jokes. True patriots don’t “86” their leaders. Comey’s defense insults the intelligence of hardworking citizens who respect the presidency, even when they disagree with policies.

America’s soul is at stake. Either we accept this cowardly double standard, or we stand firm against all threats to elected leaders – regardless of party. Comey must face full consequences to prove no one is above the law.
