Iryna Zarutska, just 23 years old, was stabbed to death by a career criminal with mental health problems. This innocent refugee escaped bombs and bullets in Ukraine only to die at the hands of a violent predator right here in America.
The killer, Decarlos Brown Jr., attacked without warning or reason. Security cameras caught the entire horrific scene as this monster pulled out a knife and ended an innocent life. Brown had a long criminal record and known mental health issues, yet he was free to roam Charlotte’s streets and trains.
What makes this tragedy even worse is how Charlotte’s mayor responded to this senseless killing. The hosts on Fox News were absolutely disgusted by the mayor’s weak, pathetic reaction to this murder. Instead of demanding justice and safer streets, liberal politicians offer empty words and failed excuses.
This is what happens when Democrats run cities into the ground with their soft-on-crime policies. Violent criminals walk free while innocent people pay the price with their lives. Charlotte’s leadership has failed its citizens and the refugees who trusted America to protect them.
