House Republicans have stated that they intend to investigate the role of Big Tech in the suppression of the report about Hunter Biden's laptop. They also want to know how the story implicates the president. This week, they asked Hunter Biden, James Biden, and Eric Schwerin to turn over all of their company's records related to their overseas business transactions.
James Comer, the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, stated that if Biden were compromised by his deals with foreign entities, it could threaten national security.
Hunter Biden and the other individuals have until February 22 to respond to the House Republicans' request.
