California’s “Solution” to Housing Crisis: Students Sleeping in Cars

California’s liberal leadership has hit a shocking new low. Instead of solving the housing crisis they created, Democrats want students to live in cars. This is the sad reality of failed policies that prioritize radical environmental rules and endless red tape over basic human needs.

Nearly 60% of California community college students can’t afford stable housing. One in four are outright homeless. Now, Sacramento’s answer is parking lots with bathrooms and security lights. This isn’t compassion—it’s surrender by a government that can’t fix its own mess.

Assemblyman Corey Jackson, a progressive Democrat, thinks car camping is a “practical solution.” But hardworking Americans know better. This plan admits defeat. It tells students California cares more about illegal immigrants and green energy fantasies than their futures.

Decades of Democrat rule caused this crisis. Sky-high taxes, open borders, and job-killing regulations made housing unaffordable. Now, they’re turning college campuses into trailer parks. This is what happens when liberals put ideology over common sense.

The same lawmakers who waste billions on woke programs and bullet trains can’t provide dorm rooms. They’d rather let kids sleep in Hondas than cut bureaucracy. Remember—this “parking lot utopia” already failed last year. Now they’re trying again because they’ve got no real answers.

California used to represent the American Dream. Today, it’s a Third World scene where the next generation lives out of vehicles. Parents work two jobs so their kids can…park outside classrooms? This shameful situation should wake up every voter.

While taxpayers foot the bill for “safe spaces” in parking garages, Democrats keep pushing affordable housing schemes that never get built. They’ll spend your money on everything except actual homes. Priorities matter, and theirs are clearly backward.

Conservatives know prosperity comes from freedom, not government control. It’s time to reject these Band-Aid fixes and demand real change. Let’s put American families first—not radical agendas that leave students homeless in the wealthiest state in the union.
