Bernie Sanders keeps preaching about billionaires and inequality. But now he’s getting caught living like the elites he claims to hate. The socialist senator spent over $220,000 flying private jets for his “Fighting Oligarchy” tour. Regular Americans stuck in airport lines are wondering why he won’t fly commercial like everybody else.
Republicans slammed Sanders for his hypocrisy. Texas Congressman Wesley Hunt called him out for mocking the idea of waiting in line at United Airlines. The National Republican Committee said Sanders avoids “regular Americans” by using luxury planes. Conservatives see this as proof that leftists think they’re better than working-class citizens.
Sanders tried to defend his private jet use during a Fox News interview. He claimed he needs private flights to reach rallies quickly. When asked about the cost, he snapped: “Do you think I’m gonna wait in line at United?” The attitude shocked many who remember his rants against corporate excess.
Climate activists are furious too. Sanders pushes the Green New Deal to restrict fossil fuels. But private jets produce 10 times more pollution per passenger than commercial flights. Conservative commentator Laura Loomer nailed it: “They fly like globalist elites while lecturing us about saving the planet.”
This hypocrisy isn’t new. Sanders rails against wealth inequality but owns three homes. He attacks Wall Street but spent millions on luxury campaign travel. Working Americans see the double standard: rules for thee, private jets for me.
Voters are waking up to the Left’s elitism. Sanders’ “Fight Oligarchy” tour looks like a scam to enrich himself. Hardworking taxpayers fund his government salary while he spends their money on carbon-spewing private planes. Real leaders lead by example—not by champagne socialism.
Democrats keep protecting their radical elites. The same party that attacks private aviation wants to ban gas stoves and pickup trucks. They’ll ground regular Americans while letting their socialist stars jet-set in luxury. It’s class warfare—and you’re the target.
Conservatives see through the lies. Patriots want leaders who live like the people they represent. Bernie’s private jets prove the Left views Americans as peasants beneath them. It’s time to ground these hypocrites and restore common-sense values.
