Ben Shapiro just delivered a wake-up call that every conservative needs to hear. The Daily Wire host appeared on Life, Liberty and Levin to expose a dangerous trend plaguing our movement. Too many conservative organizations are letting anti-Trump and anti-Israel troublemakers into their ranks.
Shapiro pulled no punches when he called this infiltration a gigantic mistake. He warned that these so-called conservatives are poisoning the well from within. These people claim to be asking innocent questions while they secretly work to undermine President Trump and our ally Israel.
The problem is not about free speech rights, Shapiro explained. Everyone can have their say in America. The real issue is whether we should hand over the microphone to people who hate our agenda. Should we let Trump bashers and Israel haters become leaders in our own movement?
Shapiro refused to share stages with these fake conservatives who pretend to be on our side. He knows they are just seeking legitimacy and respect they do not deserve. Smart conservatives should follow his lead and stop giving these wolves in sheep clothing any platform at all.
These infiltrators have even called for Trump to be impeached or thrown in prison. They attack the very president who delivered conservative victories for four years. How can any real conservative organization give these people a seat at the table?
Conservative think tanks and groups need to clean house immediately. They must stop treating anti-Trump voices as legitimate parts of our coalition. The movement becomes weaker every time we include people who work against our core principles.
Real conservatives know that President Trump and Israel are non-negotiable parts of our platform. Anyone who attacks either one has no business calling themselves conservative. They certainly should not be writing policy papers or leading conservative organizations.
Shapiro is absolutely right to call out this betrayal from within. Conservative Americans deserve leaders who actually support conservative causes. It is time to kick out the pretenders and get back to winning for the American people.
