America at Step Seven: Is Civil War Now Inevitable? Time to Act

Joe Rogan’s blunt warning that we may have reached Step Seven of a nine step slide toward civil war should make every honest American sit up and pay attention. When a mainstream cultural figure admits the country is on the precipice, it is not time for finger-pointing alone but for sober action. Glenn Beck reviewing those nine steps and agreeing only confirms what many of us already feel: the institutions built to protect liberty are fraying.

Step Seven, by any sober read, means the erosion of trust in institutions and the acceleration of political violence and dehumanizing rhetoric. That erosion has been fed by a media cartel and a coalition of elites who weaponize government, smear dissenters, and reward chaos when it suits their agenda. Conservatives have watched for years as standards collapse and as honest Americans are punished for speaking common sense.

Glenn is right to call this out, and patriotic Americans must be equally blunt about responsibility. This trend did not happen by accident; it was enabled by policy choices and cultural surrender to the radical impulses of the left. Open borders, anemic law enforcement, runaway inflation, and a schools system that pushes indoctrination over education are all accelerants that have pushed this country closer to rupture.

But warning is only useful if it leads to action. Civil war is not inevitable; it is preventable if citizens choose to restore order, accountability, and constitutional government. That means organizing locally, electing leaders who will secure our borders and enforce the law, and demanding the resignation or impeachment of officials who weaponize power against their political opponents.

We must also defend free speech and independent media with real ferocity, because when Big Tech and corporate media silence dissent, the only outlets left are the ones people trust in their communities. Support for local law enforcement, school boards that put education first, and independent, patriotic news outlets are practical steps that shore up the country where it matters most. Preparement is not panic; it is prudence — keep your families safe, get involved in your town, and refuse to cede the future to an elite class that treats Americans as expendable.

Above all, this moment calls for conviction and courage, not despair. Hardworking Americans who love their country must stand together around the Constitution, vote in every election, and hold the Washington swamp to account. If we do those things, the slide Reagans and founders feared can be reversed; if we do not, we will deserve whatever chaos follows.
