Cruz laid the blame squarely at the feet of the Biden administration, calling it a deliberate and historic abdication of federal law that has produced an open-border disaster. He warned that this isn’t mere mismanagement but a conscious policy that encourages mass illegal entry — a charge he backed with grim claims about millions pouring across our border and the administration’s practice of releasing many apprehended migrants.
