Gingrich has repeatedly pointed out that our institutions — from newsrooms to universities — have normalized and even excused left-wing violence instead of condemning it, and that normalization has dangerous consequences for public safety and civic order. He’s blunt: groups like Antifa are not a harmless fringe, they have a history and a violent streak that the establishment pretends not to see.
