America lost a true patriot when Charlie Kirk was gunned down at Utah Valley University on September 10th. The young conservative leader was doing what he did best – engaging with students and spreading the message of freedom across our great nation. Now he’s gone, silenced by a coward’s bullet while defending American values.
The left’s reaction has been disgusting and predictable. Instead of mourning a fellow American, Democrats immediately started blaming conservatives for Kirk’s own murder. They’re twisting this tragedy to attack the very movement Kirk died defending.
These are the same people who spent years calling Kirk and other conservatives “threats to democracy.” They painted targets on the backs of patriotic Americans with their hateful rhetoric. Now they want to play innocent when their words turn into violence.
Fox News host Tyrus got it exactly right when he warned conservatives not to become what we hate. While the left points fingers and spreads more division, we must stay true to our principles. We won’t sink to their level of hatred and blame games.
Charlie Kirk traveled the country joyfully debating anyone who wanted honest discussion. He never backed down from defending America, even when faced with hostile crowds. That’s the kind of courage this country needs more of, not less.
The 22-year-old shooter Tyler James Robinson didn’t act in a vacuum. He was fed a steady diet of anti-conservative poison by a media that demonizes anyone who loves America. The blood is on their hands, not ours.
President Trump was right to order flags at half-staff for this American hero. Kirk represented the best of our movement – young, energetic, and completely committed to saving our republic. His voice has been silenced, but his message lives on.
This dark moment should unite all Americans against political violence. Instead, the left chooses to attack grieving conservatives and divide us further. They learned nothing from this tragedy because they caused it in the first place.
