Liberal judges just handed another blow to President Trump’s America First agenda. The U.S. Court of Appeals ruled 7-4 against Trump’s tariffs that protect American workers and businesses. These are the same activist judges who have been fighting Trump since day one.
The court claims Trump overstepped his power when he used emergency authority to impose tariffs. But Trump was defending America from countries dumping cheap goods and flooding us with deadly fentanyl. The president has every right to protect our nation from economic warfare.
Six of the seven judges who voted against Trump were appointed by Democrats. One was picked by an old Bush Republican who never understood the America First movement. This is exactly the kind of partisan attack that working Americans are sick of seeing.
Trump fired back on Truth Social, calling the court “Highly Partisan.” He’s absolutely right. These judges care more about protecting foreign countries than American jobs. They want to keep the rigged trade system that has been bleeding our country dry for decades.
The good news is that the tariffs stay in place until October 14th. Trump’s team has time to take this fight to the Supreme Court where real constitutional judges sit. Justice will prevail when this reaches justices who actually respect presidential power.
These tariffs were hitting China, Mexico, and Canada where it hurts most. They were finally forcing these countries to stop their fentanyl trafficking and unfair trade practices. Liberal judges just gave them a free pass to keep poisoning American communities.
Trump built the strongest economy in history using these same trade policies in his first term. Now Washington swamp creatures want to destroy the tools that brought jobs back to America. They would rather see American workers suffer than admit Trump was right all along.
The Trump administration will win this fight because the Constitution gives the president power to defend America. No activist court can stop a president who puts America First. These tariffs are coming back stronger than ever.
