A federal judge just ruled that New York’s insane gun laws are unconstitutional. Judge Mae D’Agostino said the state cannot ban law-abiding Americans from other states from carrying guns in New York. This is a massive win for our Second Amendment rights.
Higbie teamed up with Gun Owners of America to fight these tyrannical restrictions. The judge found no historical reason to support New York’s anti-gun madness. She correctly noted that these are not dangerous criminals but good Americans who follow the law.
The facts are crystal clear but Democrats ignore them completely. More lawfully armed citizens means less crime, period. This has been proven over and over again in states that respect the Constitution.
New York and other blue states keep trying to destroy our gun rights. They refuse to accept that criminals will always find ways to get weapons. Only law-abiding citizens suffer when politicians pass these worthless gun control laws.
