Three years later, the families of 13 brave American service members are still waiting for justice. Biden’s botched exit strategy turned into America’s most humiliating defeat in decades.
Those 13 heroes died at Abbey Gate because of Biden’s failed leadership. They were Navy Corpsman Maxton Soviak, Marine Lance Corporal David Espinoza, and 11 other patriots who deserved so much better. Their deaths could have been prevented if Biden had listened to his own generals and intelligence experts.
President Trump recently signed the Abbey Gate proclamation to honor these fallen warriors. This shows the difference between real leadership and Biden’s weak excuses. Trump recognizes sacrifice while Biden runs from responsibility.
The withdrawal was pure chaos from start to finish. Desperate Afghan mothers threw babies over barbed wire fences. People fell to their deaths from airplanes trying to escape. The world watched America abandon our allies and flee like cowards.
Biden ignored every warning from his military advisors and intelligence community. The State Department even banned employees from saying the word evacuation until it was too late. When Kabul fell, our embassy was not even prepared for an emergency exit.
Congressional Republicans have demanded a full investigation into this disaster. They want answers about why Biden left hundreds of Americans stranded behind enemy lines. Democrats have blocked every effort to hold Biden accountable for his deadly mistakes.
Biden handed the Taliban billions of dollars in American military equipment. He gave terrorists control of Afghanistan just like it was on September 11, 2001. Our enemies are laughing at us while our allies no longer trust America.
The American people deserve the truth about what really happened in Afghanistan. Those 13 service members died because of Biden’s incompetence and arrogance. Until there is real accountability, their sacrifice will never be properly honored.
