Gen Z Can’t Even Do Job Interviews Without Mom and Dad!

America’s youngest workers are failing basic tests of independence. A shocking new study shows that 77% of Gen Z job seekers brought a parent to their job interview. This number jumped from just 26% last year.

These young adults cannot handle the most basic adult task on their own. They need mommy and daddy to hold their hand through a simple conversation with a boss. Some parents even answered interview questions for their grown children.

This is what happens when we raise a generation of participation trophy winners. These kids never learned to fail, never learned to struggle, and never learned to stand on their own two feet. Now they expect their parents to solve every problem for them.

Real Americans built this country through grit and determination. Our grandparents fought wars, built businesses, and raised families without running home to their parents every time things got tough. They understood that hard work and personal responsibility made America great.

Today’s young people are too soft for the real world. They cannot make phone calls to employers because it hurts their feelings. They lack the basic skills that every working American needs to succeed in life.

Parents are making this problem worse by enabling their adult children. Instead of teaching independence, they are creating helpless adults who cannot function without constant support. This destroys the work ethic that built America.

Our economy needs strong, independent workers who can solve problems and take responsibility. Instead, we are getting adults who need their parents to apply for jobs and sit in interviews. China and other countries are laughing at our weakness.

America’s future depends on raising tough, self-reliant citizens who can compete in a global economy. If we keep coddling these young people, we will lose the strength and independence that made our nation the greatest country on earth.
