These isolationists are telling President Trump to “drop Israel” and let them fight alone. Fuentes made this a key demand in his “Groyper War” against the Trump campaign last year. He threatened to mobilize his supporters unless Trump promised to avoid war with Iran.
But true patriots know this is dangerously wrong. Iran is the world’s biggest sponsor of terrorism. They’ve killed hundreds of Americans and even plotted to assassinate our president. Letting them build nuclear weapons would be national suicide.
The split in conservative circles is growing wider by the day. Young MAGA supporters like Charlie Kirk are questioning our special relationship with Israel. Tucker Carlson posted that “a fight with the Iranians has nothing to offer the United States.”
These views ignore the real threat. Iran chants “Death to America” while building weapons that can reach our homeland. Israel is fighting our enemies for us right now. They’re destroying Iran’s nuclear program that threatens American cities.
Real conservatives understand Israel’s fight is our fight too. Iran wants to destroy both Israel and America. The weapons Israel is stopping today would target New York and Washington tomorrow. Abandoning our ally now would be a deadly mistake.
Traditional conservatives are standing firm against this new isolationist trend. They recognize that true “America First” policy means stopping threats before they reach our shores. Letting Iran gain nuclear weapons would put every American family at risk.
