Libs love pretending to care about the poor but the second it inconveniences them, they spit in their face. Shameful.

In a letter to the officials of Atherton, California, Curry and his wife, Ayesha, expressed their concerns about the proposed community.
In the letter, the couple noted that their main concern is the safety and privacy of their family. They also stated that they were not in favor of the project's location.

This community is regarded as one of the most exclusive areas in the country. Forbes also ranked it as the most expensive zip code in the nation.
The letter was sent by the NBA star in an attempt to stop the city from allowing low-income families to live in his community.
To prevent their family from being monitored, the Currys asked the local government to install higher fencing around their property.
The family noted that the town should also invest in taller landscaping and fencing to prevent sight lines from crossing their property.
This is a clear contrast to his public support for Biden. During the Democratic National Convention in 2020, the Curry family endorsed Biden for president.
During a press event at the White House, Joe Biden kneeled in support of the NBA team. The reaction to this incident was very negative.
In addition, the NBA star joined Biden for a photo-op outside the White House. The photo was captioned "Team Captains."
Rick DeGolia, a local council member, stated that the project would not be able to happen due to the high cost of the land.
According to the NBA star, it would be impossible to build affordable housing in Atherton due to the land value at around $8 million per acre.
