The president is giving what will go down in history as the most controversial political address ever.
According to the White House, Joe Biden spoke to the country during primetime on Thursday to discuss the "Continued Battle for the Soul of the Nation." The reality was even worse.
Donald Trump, his congressional allies, and their backers have been viciously vilified, denigrated, and labelled as the main threat to American democracy. According to Biden, former President Trump's MAGA troops are out to turn the country against itself.
In many ways, the address deviated from White House customs. First of all, Biden's speech's aforementioned partisan polarisation was disturbing to say the least. The glaring red light and armed Marines in the background of Biden's speech also served as a terrible reminder to 50% of Americans that Democrats will stop at nothing to bring down Trump and his movement.

It goes without saying that Biden's speech generated a lot of online buzz. In contrast to the polarising and incendiary tenor of his speech, Biden himself asserted that "Empathy was the fuel of democracy."

The White House was overtly dramatic and provided Biden with a cartoonishly dramatic background for his speech. Biden's horrible, dystopian surroundings only fueled his aggressive, risky rhetoric against "MAGA Republicans," whom he portrays as the greatest dangers to American democracy.

Meanwhile, Biden neglected to bring up the most crucial problem to almost every American voter while he was busy stoking hatred towards 50% of the population.

A lot of people on social media reacted negatively to the deployment of armed Marines as props during Biden's address.

Furthermore, it wouldn't be a Biden event until some Americans showed there to jeer him. Hecklers drowned out the failing president's comments with "Let's Go Brandon" cries as he threatened MAGA Republicans in an effort to start a civil war.

Trump responded to Biden's speech on Truth Social by writing a comment about it after uploading side-by-side photos of Biden giving his speech and Trump cuddling and kissing an American flag.
