Trump Cuts Hunter and Ashley Biden’s Secret Service Perks for Good

President Trump made a big move this week by cutting off Secret Service protection for Hunter Biden and Ashley Biden. This decision came after Trump found out that 18 agents were guarding Hunter during a fancy vacation in South Africa. Taxpayers have been footing the bill for this protection, and Trump said enough is enough.

Hunter Biden’s security detail cost millions of dollars over the years. Reports show the Secret Service spent over $4.5 million protecting him in just two years. That includes renting a $30,000-a-month mansion next to his California home. Working-class Americans shouldn’t have to pay for these luxury expenses while Hunter parties overseas.

Ashley Biden also lost her 13-agent security team. The Biden family has enjoyed special treatment long after leaving the White House. Most presidents only protect their kids for six months after leaving office. But the Bidens kept their guards for over a year, costing taxpayers even more money.

Hunter is no stranger to controversy. He’s been convicted of lying on gun paperwork and dodging taxes. Despite his crimes, his father pardoned him last year. Now he’s vacationing in South Africa, a country with a terrible human rights record. Trump rightly cut off foreign aid to South Africa, saying they don’t deserve taxpayer dollars.

The Secret Service shouldn’t be a personal bodyguard service for spoiled elites. Regular Americans work hard to pay their bills. They don’t get free security details or luxury rentals. Hunter’s reckless behavior shows why he doesn’t deserve special privileges.

This is about fairness. Under Trump, government waste gets called out and stopped. The Biden family thinks rules don’t apply to them. Trump is draining the swamp by ending their taxpayer-funded perks.

Conservatives know protecting the president’s family is important. But Hunter and Ashley aren’t kids. They’re grown adults who should take responsibility for their own safety. The Secret Service has better things to do than babysit them.

Trump’s decision sends a clear message: No more handouts for political insiders. It’s time to put America’s needs first. Hardworking families deserve a government that spends their money wisely, not on protecting privileged elites.
